AirportLabs at Passenger Terminal Expo 2026

Fyber Live partnered with AirportLabs to design and deliver a high-impact exhibition stand for Passenger Terminal Expo 2026 at ExCeL London — a global event focused on airport innovation, infrastructure, and operations.

AirportLabs develops digital platforms that improve airport operations, decision-making, and passenger experience. Their objective at PTE was to move beyond traditional exhibition formats and create an environment that actively demonstrated how their technology works in real-world airport scenarios.

The Brief

AirportLabs required a stand that would position them as a serious, scalable technology partner within a highly competitive aviation environment.

The space needed to:

  • Deliver immediate brand presence and authority on the show floor
  • Clearly align with the airport and aviation ecosystem
  • Showcase platform capabilities through live demonstrations
  • Support both walk-in engagement and structured meetings
  • Encourage visitors to move naturally from interest to conversation

The ambition was clear — to create a space that felt less like a static stand and more like a working operational environment.

The Approach

Fyber Live developed a fully custom-built stand designed around visibility, interaction, and flow.

Architectural Presence

A bold, structured form with illuminated branding created strong visibility across the exhibition hall. The angular design and elevated features ensured the stand could be recognised from distance, reinforcing AirportLabs’ position as an established, enterprise-level solution provider.

Real-World Demonstration Zones

Rather than static displays, the stand was designed as a live demonstration space. Integrated LED walls, touchscreen displays, and digital interfaces allowed AirportLabs to showcase dashboards, workflows, and real use cases in action.

Open Engagement with Defined Journey

The front of the stand remained open and accessible, encouraging visitors to step in easily. A clearly defined reception area and internal layout supported a natural progression from curiosity through to deeper product conversations.

Spaces for Conversation

A dedicated lounge and semi-private areas allowed AirportLabs to hold more focused discussions without disrupting the flow of the stand. This balance between openness and privacy ensured the space worked for both quick interactions and longer meetings.

Integrated Brand Storytelling

Through large-format visuals, aviation imagery, and clean messaging, the stand reinforced AirportLabs’ connection to real airport environments — ensuring the brand felt relevant, credible, and aligned to the industry it serves.

The Outcome

The AirportLabs stand was designed to do more than attract attention — it was built to convert engagement into meaningful conversations.

The Environment:

  • Positioned AirportLabs as a credible, scalable technology partner
  • Attracted senior decision-makers across the aviation sector
  • Supported live demonstrations that clearly communicated value
  • Enabled smooth visitor flow from entry to in-depth discussion
  • Reinforced brand confidence through design, scale, and execution

By combining strong architectural presence with practical engagement design, the stand created a space that worked at every level — from first impression through to commercial conversation.

Looking Ahead

PTE 2026 highlights the importance of designing exhibition environments that reflect how technology is actually used.

Fyber Live continues to support brands like AirportLabs in creating spaces that don’t just showcase innovation — but allow audiences to experience it in a way that is clear, relevant, and impactful.
