Continuing Our Partnership with Rushlift GSE
Fyber Live was proud to work once again with Rushlift GSE, designing and building their exhibition stand for GSE Expo Europe 2026 in Lisbon.
As a returning Fyber Live client, Rushlift has trusted our team to represent its brand on the exhibition floor on previous occasions, and we’re honoured to continue that relationship. Each new project gives us the opportunity to build on our understanding of the business, its audience and how the Rushlift team wants to use its exhibition space.
Rushlift GSE provides specialist ground support equipment services to the aviation industry, supporting airport and ground-handling operations through equipment leasing, maintenance and repair services.
For Lisbon, the aim was to bring that expertise to the forefront through an exhibition environment designed around service, communication and customer relationships.

The Brief
Building on our previous work together, the brief was to create a professional and confident environment that communicated Rushlift GSE’s capabilities while giving its team plenty of opportunity to engage directly with visitors.
The space needed to work on several levels: provide immediate brand recognition, explain the Rushlift service offering, incorporate digital demonstrations and create different settings for customer conversations.
The original design therefore incorporated multiple digital displays, demonstration space, reception, hospitality and a more private meeting area.

The Approach
Our existing relationship with Rushlift gave us a strong understanding of the brand and how its team operates at exhibitions. We used that knowledge to develop a clean architectural design centred around Rushlift’s blue and white identity, combining visibility with a practical layout.
Suspended branding provided recognition from the surrounding aisles, while the illuminated Rushlift GSE identity and prominent service messaging introduced the business at stand level.
Digital content was integrated throughout the environment, with large-format screens providing a platform for Rushlift to communicate its services and expertise. Interactive elements added another point of engagement, supporting the original objective of using demonstrations to encourage visitor interaction.
Open tables and stools provided space for informal conversations, while a more secluded lounge area allowed longer discussions to continue away from the main flow of the stand.

The Outcome
The completed stand gave Rushlift GSE a polished and purposeful presence at GSE Expo Europe, bringing together its people, services and brand within one cohesive environment.
Elevated branding, digital content, interactive elements and flexible meeting spaces ensured the stand could support everything from initial introductions to more detailed customer discussions.
For us, the project was also about continuing a valued partnership. We’re grateful to Rushlift GSE for placing their trust in Fyber Live once again and honoured to continue supporting the brand as a returning client.
It’s relationships like these that allow us to understand a client’s requirements beyond an individual event and continue developing their exhibition presence from one show to the next.
Looking Ahead
Working with returning clients gives us the opportunity to build on what has already been achieved, learn from each event and continue evolving the experience.
With Rushlift GSE, GSE Expo Europe 2026 represented another chapter in that relationship — and we look forward to continuing to support the team at future exhibitions.
