Delivering the first fully custom-built VRAI Simulation exhibition stand at DSEI. Designed to showcase data-driven simulation technology and create strong engagement with the defence sector.

The Brief
VRAI Simulation, a leader in data-driven simulation training, set out to make a bold impact at DSEI 2025 with their first fully custom-build branded VRAI Simulation exhibition stand. They wanted a premium, immersive space that showcased their flagship product HEAT, delivered consistent messaging, and attracted key defence and training stakeholders. The stand also needed areas for informal networking and structured presentations to strengthen connections with partners and prospects.

The Process
The design focused on consistency, engagement, and impact. Every detail reflected VRAI Simulation’s brand identity, with sharp finishes, bold messaging, and a clear narrative centred on turning simulation data into actionable insights. The layout encouraged circulation, drawing visitors naturally into the stand and guiding them towards product demonstrations and conversations.
Digital storytelling played a central role. High-resolution displays presented HEAT’s capabilities, highlighted customer applications, and shared success stories. The sleek integration created immediate impact within the busy hall and ensured the technology remained the star of the show.
Fyber Live also supported VRAI Simulation beyond the booth. We hosted two evening events at ExCel with pop-up bars, DJs, hostesses, and a dedicated presentation session. These activations provided valuable opportunities for building deeper connections in a lively and informal environment.

The Outcome
The results exceeded expectations. VRAI Simulation reported their best show to date, with strong traffic, high engagement, and clear brand impact. The digital displays attracted attention throughout the exhibition, while the evening events extended visibility well beyond show hours.
Following this success, Fyber Live will deliver another VRAI Simulation exhibition stand for their upcoming event in Orlando, Florida. This ongoing partnership highlights the strength of collaboration and the value of exhibition design as a strategic marketing tool.
